All services are subject to the scope, requirements, and information agreed upon at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the project, client cooperation, third-party platforms, and circumstances outside our control.

2. SERVICE DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are:

• Google Knowledge Panel Consulting for Individuals: 20 days

• Google Knowledge Panel Consulting for Companies: 30 days

• Press Release: 7 days

• Article Writing: 5 days

• SEO / Search Visibility Services: 90 days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guarantees. Third-party review, approval, publication, indexing, algorithm changes, or other external factors may affect delivery.

3. WORK PROCESS

3.1 Starting Your Project

Work generally begins after payment is received and we have obtained the necessary information and materials from the client.

3.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, images, links, credentials where legitimately necessary, and other materials needed to complete the agreed service.

Delays caused by missing, incomplete, or inaccurate client information may extend the estimated delivery time.

3.3 Work Delivery

Once the agreed work is completed, reports, links, content, or other applicable deliverables will be provided through the contact method agreed with the client, such as email or messaging platforms.

3.4 Delivery Delays

If your project exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at chat.gkg@gmail.com. We will review the project status and provide an update.

4. CANCELLATIONS

Because many of our services involve work that begins after an order is placed, cancellation eligibility depends on whether work has already started.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If substantial work has already been completed, the order may not be eligible for a full refund. Please refer to our Refund & Money-Back Policy for applicable eligibility, exclusions, and refund terms.

5. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Some services depend on third-party websites, search engines, publishers, or platforms. We do not control their policies, approval processes, publication decisions, indexing, algorithms, rankings, or availability.

In particular, TheKnowledgeGraphs is independent and is not affiliated with Google. Google independently controls the creation, display, verification, and ranking of Knowledge Panels. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the creation, display, verification, or ranking of a Google Knowledge Panel.
