REFUND & MONEY-BACK POLICY

We provide digital and professional services, including Google Knowledge Panel support, Wiki services, content creation, press releases, and digital marketing services. Because our services may involve work performed specifically for each client, refunds are subject to the terms below.

MONEY-BACK ELIGIBILITY

A client may request a refund if the agreed service has not been delivered according to the confirmed scope of work and we are unable to reasonably correct the issue.

To be eligible, the client must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase and provide details of the issue. We may first offer an opportunity to correct or complete the agreed work before processing a refund.

EXCLUSIONS

Our money-back offer does not apply to:

• Services that have already been completed and delivered according to the agreed scope.

• Client-requested changes or additional work outside the original agreement.

• Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required information or materials.

• Decisions, restrictions, removals, ranking changes, or other actions controlled by third-party platforms.

• Google Knowledge Panel creation, display, verification, ranking, or eligibility decisions, as these are independently controlled by Google.

• Wiki, press release, article, or online profile publication where publication or approval is controlled by a third party.

• Situations where the client violates the requirements or policies of a third-party platform.

REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, contact us at chat.gkg@gmail.com within the applicable refund period. Please include your order details and the reason for your request.

After reviewing the request, we will notify you of the decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval. The time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

TheKnowledgeGraphs is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with Google. We provide professional guidance, consulting, optimization, content, and digital marketing support. We do not control Google's decisions and cannot guarantee the creation, display, verification, or ranking of a Google Knowledge Panel.
